Scott invents mountain-bicycle yoga in the Himalayas
I used to joke that invented mountain-bike yoga while in the Himalayas of Nepal. It was the name I gave to all the pretzel shapes that I bent myself into to stretch the aching body that had been cramped on a bicycle all day.
