An evacuation was given for my area. This is the picture of the fires on the hills of Santa Barbara nearby my cottage/garage/apartment.

To celebrate my new and improved blog (Ugh! Who knew I’d be a computer programmer too!?) I’ve decided to post these pics of the fairly recent dangerous fires. The day 17 cases of books of my new book Falling Uphill arrived I was a mere 1 block away from the recommended evacuation zone, and just about a mile from the mandatory evacuation zone. It was a scary adventure.
