Masthead Feel Your Feelings

Feel Your Feelings

Hardcover picture book

Feel your feelings introduces children to basic emotions with fun poems that they can act out from head to toe. They will learn that emotions are our friends. Some emotions show us what we love, others protect us from harm, and all of them put together, like colors on an artist’s palette, paint a beautiful picture of life.

Feel Your Feeling is a book for a younger audience, 2-7 years old, but Sara and Scott always write books that are fun, inspirational and educational for adults, too. The note to readers at the end of the book explains how the book is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance-based approaches to help kids (and adults) identify, feel, accept and let emotions go.
